which was held within the College of Islamic Sciences, were Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hussein Odeh, Prof. Muhammad Abd al-Karim Abd al-Rahman, and Dr. Imad Muhammad Nayef, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jassim Abd,
And Mr. Director of the Media and Government Communication Department at the University Presidency, Prof. Muhammad Rafi Labad, in addition to a group of college teachers and students. In an audio speech broadcast before the conclusion of the council, the author, Ahmed Abd al-Razzaq Al Ibrahim Al-Anqari, granted the audience general leave to hear his book. The establishment of this council comes within the framework of the University of Fallujah’s interest in the Holy Qur’an and the teachings of the Noble Prophet’s Sunnah, and its keenness to establish the correct understanding of their meanings and purposes.
