Osama Muzahim Abdul-Jabbar, in the workshop on launching the electronic scientific expertise program, organized by Al-Mustansiriya University in cooperation with the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Service at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. which was attended by the head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Service, Professor Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi, and the directors of graduate studies departments in Iraqi universities, aims to enhance the importance of understanding the scientific expertise system in developing scientific research,
raising the level of quality in graduate studies, and achieving excellence in universities.
