On Thursday, June 27, 2024, the respected President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, visited the Anbar Governorate Police Command. Accompanied by the Assistant to the University President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, he met with the Police Commander, Major General Saleh Mahidi Saleh.
During the visit, the two sides discussed potential joint cooperation between the University of Fallujah and the Provincial Police Command in the field of holding workshops and conferences focused on crime reduction and combating drugs.
In turn, the President praised the effective national and humanitarian role of the Anbar Police Command in serving the Anbar community. He explained that the University of Fallujah, as a government university, is keen to maintain partnership and cooperation with all sectors of Iraqi society, including the security services, by providing all necessary support and training to develop capabilities and human cadres in a way that significantly benefits the youth of society.
On the sidelines of the visit, the President of Fallujah University presented a bouquet of flowers to Major General Saleh Mahidi Saleh as an expression of appreciation and gratitude for the tremendous efforts made by the Anbar Police in pursuing and reducing crime.
