On Monday, June 3, 2024, the Honorable Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, the President of the University of Fallujah, in charge of running the work of the College of Applied Sciences, chaired the second meeting of the College Council in its eighth session for the academic year 2023-2024, in the presence of all members of the Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the University President welcomed the Council members and presented the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research during the fifth meeting of the opinion body.
His Excellency also praised the efforts of the members made to meet the requirements of the educational process during the academic year 2023-2024, providing a set of directives aimed at enhancing the academic process and revitalizing the administrative performance in the college.
After that, the attendees discussed the items on the agenda, including consideration of requests for academic promotion for a number of faculty members at the college.
The meeting approved the results of the final exams for all academic levels of the college’s departments after discussing the success rates shown by those results. At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, extended his thanks and appreciation to the members of the College Council, calling on them to be very keen to provide an integrated academic environment that serves the student’s interest first and foremost.
