On Sunday, July 14, 2024, the respected President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, visited Anbar University, where he was warmly received by the University President, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to activate joint scientific cooperation programs between the two universities in the scientific, academic, and cultural fields. Following this, the President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, participated in his capacity as head of the committee to discuss a doctoral thesis in the College of Science. This was part of his scientific activities in his field of specialization, attended by the President of Anbar University.
The thesis, submitted by researcher Suhaib Eid Saleh Al-Fahdawi, was supervised by A.M.D. Ali Karim Aliwi and titled "Synthesis, Characterization of Novel 4-H-Chromen-4-One Heterocyclic Derivatives and Their Application Study." The thesis discussion committee included A.D. Muhammad Abdel Karim Talak, A.D. Abdullah Hussein Kashash, Prof. Dr. Khaled Farouk Abdel Ghafour, A.M.D. Rasem Farraj Muslim, and Prof. Dr. Walid Faraj Hammadi.
At the conclusion of the visit, the President of Fallujah University expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Anbar University and its president for their generous hospitality and warm reception, wishing Anbar University continued progress and prosperity.
