Today, Monday, July 15, 2024, the Staff Rotation Committee at the University of Fallujah held a deliberative meeting headed by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili.
The meeting, which included the Assistant Deans for Administrative Affairs, discussed several topics, including the need of administrative departments and colleges for human resources, as well as the standards that must be taken into account in rotating staff.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Assistant President of the University directed the necessity of completing the staff rotation mechanism at the university.
In line with the requirements of the actual need, stressing at the same time the importance of administrative development of staff and improving their performance to enable them to contribute to achieving the visions and goals of the university.
