Under the guidance of the esteemed President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and with his direct oversight, the Citizens Affairs Division at the university’s presidency, in coordination with the Electronic Computer Center and the Media and Government Communication Department, has launched the Electronic Inquiries and Complaints Management System.
This integrated digital platform allows the university's community, students, staff, and all members of the public to easily submit their inquiries, complaints, and requests.
The new system, accessible at inquiry.uofallujah.edu.iq, aims to enhance effective communication between the university and its audience and to ensure prompt and transparent handling of all complaints and inquiries. It can be accessed through the main interface of the university's official website.
Users can submit their complaints and inquiries by filling out basic personal information and providing a detailed description of the issue, specifying the relevant department.
The system also requires users to verify their email addresses to receive notifications regarding the status of their inquiry or complaint.
The launch of the Electronic Inquiries and Complaints Management System marks a step toward fulfilling all the requirements and standards for institutional accreditation, thereby strengthening the University of Fallujah's recognition among educational institutions regionally and its standing internationally.
