On Thursday, August 22, 2024, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Fallujah discussed the thesis of the higher diploma equivalent to a master’s degree in moderation and moderation, entitled “The role of community police in achieving electronic security and its impact on public safety and family cohesion in Baghdad - the Karkh side as a model: an applied study.”
The thesis submitted by the student Ali Imran Abdel Abbas, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Saadoun Muhammad Jawad decided to define the concept of community policing and electronic security and evaluate the role of community policing in achieving electronic security in Baghdad - the Karkh side.
As well as analyzing the impact of community policing on public safety and family cohesion in it.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayef Jassim, and its membership included Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sarhan Hussein, and A.M.D. Omar Salah Farhan.
The results of the letter indicated that the Iraqi judiciary dealt with the phenomenon of electronic crimes and considered it a threat, fraud and terrorism, according to the circumstances of each case.
The results also revealed the huge risks resulting from electronic blackmail crimes through social networking sites.
