On Thursday, July 11, 2024, a graduate diploma thesis in Strategic Security Planning, titled "The Impact of Strategic Consensus on Enhancing Entrepreneurial Performance” has been defended at UF Business School.
The thesis, submitted and defended by researcher Sophia Imad Youssef under the supervision of Dr. Saba Nuri Attallah, aimed to determine the effectiveness of strategic consensus variables and entrepreneurial performance variables as applied to the Office of Electrical Police, a Ministry of Interior’s Federal Security Affairs Agency.T
he debate committee was chaired by Dr. Hussam Ali Moheebes, with membership of Dr. Ahmed Abbas Hammadi and Dr. Zaid Khawam Mahmoud The thesis arrived at several conclusions, the most important of which the level of communication within the directorate was average.
Despite the administration's efforts to effectively exchange information and create a conducive communication environment with employees, it did not meet the desired level of ambition.
