University of Fallujah Celebrates Student Open Day at the College of Administration and Economics
Fallujah, December 12, 2023 – The University of Fallujah launched its Student Open Day activities at the College of Administration and Economics on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, under the patronage of President Professor Dr. Sabah Ibrahim Hammadi. The event aimed to strengthen positive communication between students and faculty, spread joy, and channel students' energies productively.
The event, attended by Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, as well as deans, faculty members, and students, began with a Quran recitation and the Iraqi national anthem, followed by a tribute to martyrs. Dr. Hammadi delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the university's role as a large family that embraces and supports its students.
During the event, outstanding university employees were honored with shields of excellence, recognizing their exceptional contributions. The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Muhannad Khalifa Obaid, presented Dr. Hammadi with a Shield of Creativity and Excellence as a token of appreciation for his unwavering support.
The President concluded his visit with a tour of student exhibitions and a charity event organized to celebrate the occasion.
