University of Fallujah Organizes Visit to Anbar Rehabilitation Center
On Thursday, February 22, 2024, a committee from the University of Fallujah visited the Anbar Rehabilitation Center under the General Directorate of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Affairs. The visit aimed to provide psychological and social support to addiction patients and help reintegrate them into society.
The committee included key members such as Prof. Muhammad Rafi Labad, Director of the Media and Government Communication Department, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Jassim Mahmoud, Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division, and faculty members A.M.D. Abdul Razzaq Sarhan Hussein, M.M. Idris Khalil Ibrahim, and M.M. Mahmoud Ayed Hamdan.
During the visit, awareness and guidance lectures were delivered, focusing on supporting addiction patients in rebuilding their lives positively after completing treatment. This initiative reflects the university's commitment to serving the community, combating destructive behaviors, and promoting positive behaviors, security, and health awareness.
