On Sunday, March 10, 2024, the President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, chaired the seventh regular meeting of the University Council for the academic year 2023-2024, which was held in the main meeting room of the University Presidency building, in the presence of the Assistant University President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, and all members of the Council.
At the beginning of the session, the President of the University presented the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research during the second meeting of the opinion body, His Excellency also presented a set of general directives, aiming to consolidate the educational process and revitalize the administrative performance at the university.
After that, the attendees reviewed a number of topics on the agenda and took the following decisions:
- First: Approval of Establishment of the Accounting Department in the College of Administration and Economics.
- Second: Approval of requests for the second extension of a number of graduate students in the College of Law.
- Third: Approval of the names of candidates from university members to apply for graduate studies inside Iraq in accordance with the regulations of Law (20) of 2020.
