On Sunday, March 31, 2024, the University of Fallujah Council held its eighth regular meeting for the academic year 2023-2024, headed by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, and all members of the Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the University welcomed the members and stressed the need for serious follow-up by the deans of the colleges, their assistants, heads of scientific departments, and the responsible circles to revitalize the scientific research movement at the university and achieve quality standards to reach accreditation in both its programmatic and institutional aspects, while stressing the importance of continuing to make efforts to achieve the best levels of performance and distinction for the university among its counterparts from other universities.
After that, the attendees discussed the items on the agenda and issues related to the scientific and administrative aspects, including:
- Discussing the mechanism for implementing the directives of the University President regarding the Developing scientific research skills for postgraduate students.
- Holding training workshops for newly appointed teachers on final exam questions by the Registration and Student Affairs Department.
- Discussing the requirements for establishing the College of Education at the university.
- Evaluating the results of the National Plantation Day campaign launched by the university
- Follow up on the level of compliance with safety conditions and the duties of the Civil Defense Guard.
The University President concluded the meeting by thanking and praising the Council members, praising the continued efforts to achieve the tasks assigned to them. Department of Media and Government Communications
