Today, Tuesday, July 9, 2024, approximately 416 male and female applicants took the competitive examination for admission to graduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025, within the master’s and doctoral programs at the colleges of the University of Fallujah.
The applicants competed for academic seats in the master’s and doctoral programs, which numbered 19 programs in various specializations, according to the admission plan that included 246 academic seats distributed across general admission channels, private expenses, and privileges.
In addition, the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, accompanied by the Director of the Department of Postgraduate Affairs, Professor Dr. Muthanna Abdel Hamid Al-Nouri, inspected the progress of the examination process in the Faculties of Applied Sciences, Management, Economics, Law, Veterinary Medicine, and Islamic Sciences.
During his tour of the examination halls, he was briefed on the procedures followed to ensure the success of the examination process, and praised the efforts of the supervising scientific committees and the supporting bodies, and their role in making the examination process a success and providing all the necessary supplies and atmosphere suitable for applicants, in addition to adhering to the controls of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the instructions of the examination committees, wishing the applicants good luck and success.
For his part, the Director of the Department of Graduate Studies Affairs, Professor Dr. Muthanna Abdul Hamid Al-Nouri, explained that the interviews of applicants for admission to graduate programs will be held on the ninth of July, and indicated that the results of the competitive examination will be announced on July 14, 2024, via the official website of the university and college, indicating that a period of time will be available after announcing the results to submit objections, then announcing their results and final acceptance, and university orders are issued on August 15, 2024, for those accepted, so that they can begin studying on the first of next September.
It is noteworthy that the competitive examination is one of the differentiation criteria for admission to postgraduate studies in addition to the average, based on the instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
