The Student Affairs and Registration Division accepts students through both electronic and paper-based applications. The application form includes:
- Information form
- Selection of academic departments
- Student data and completion of information
- Student data related to the university ID number
Conditions for Morning Study Admission
- Admission begins upon receipt of the central admission lists and continues for two weeks after the official announcement.
- A file is received from the Registration Division after verification.
- Admitted students must ensure that the name on the central admission matches the name in the school certificate, national ID, and citizenship certificate (or unified national card). Any discrepancies must be reported to the Director of Registration for necessary action.
- Admission is available for the following academic departments: Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Techniques, Law, and Islamic Sciences.
- Submit the original graduation certificate, authenticated by the Directorate of Education in the student’s governorate, addressed to the Dean of the College / University of Fallujah, along with a colored photocopy.
- Iraqi nationality certificate and civil status ID or unified national ID (colored photocopies).
- A guarantee organized in the Legal Division addressed to the Dean of the College / University of Fallujah.
- Housing confirmation letter with residence card (photocopies).
- Medical examination.
- School ID card.
- Fill in the student data form with a recent photograph.
- Fill out three procedural forms confirmed with stamps by the high school and local district official (Mukhtar), then photocopied after completion.
- (8) recent personal photos.
- Blood type.
Central Admission for the Academic Year 2022–2023
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has launched the electronic application form for central admission into universities for the academic year 2022–2023.
The central admission regulations for both the general channel and the Martyrs' Families channel require that the applicant be a graduate of the current academic year or an Iraqi student returning from abroad holding an Iraqi or equivalent secondary certificate, and born in 1998 or later.
Graduates from the scientific (applied and biological) branches must choose 50 options, including at least 10 institutes. Graduates from the literary branch must select no fewer than 25 options, including at least 10 institutes. Graduates from the arts branch must choose 10 options with at least 2 institutes.
Applications for first and second-round graduates must be submitted through the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) until 04/10/2023.
The Ministry urges students to carefully review their choices using the Student Guide (Student Guide PDF) to learn more about the universities, colleges, departments, and institutes available. Central admission is determined based on the student’s choices in the electronic form and their academic score in the competitive ranking.
Evening Study Admission
The University of Fallujah announces the opening of applications for evening study until 10/10/2022, according to the guidelines outlined in the Student Affairs Procedures Guide for the academic year 2022–2023.
Available colleges for evening study include:
- College of Law
- College of Islamic Sciences
- College of Applied Sciences
- College of Administration and Economics

- Sciences: 65
- Other majors: 60
Students wishing to apply for evening study from the following branches (Scientific, Biological, Applied, Literary) must apply via the electronic form on the website mentioned above and visit the nearest college to their residence among the listed colleges.
Important Notes:
- Applicants to direct admission colleges (evening), such as the College of Islamic Sciences, must visit the college for an entrance exam.
- Graduates from vocational and Islamic branches should apply to colleges with equivalent specializations.
- Applications not reviewed and activated by the guidance centers at the above colleges will be disregarded.
