University of Fallujah Hosts Workshop on Electronic Collection Services
On Monday, April 8, 2024, the University of Fallujah, represented by the Center for Continuing Education and in cooperation with the Arab Electronic Payment Company, organized a workshop on collection services and collecting government dues electronically. The workshop was attended by members from various university departments and formations.
The Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, opened the event with a speech emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in the field of collection services and the electronic collection of government dues.
During the workshop, Mr. Muhammad Dawoud, a representative of the Arab Electronic Payment Company, delivered a detailed lecture on the Iraqi payment system, the mechanism of electronic payments and collections, and an overview of the types of electronic payment cards and their applications.
This workshop aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the necessity of electronically collecting government dues within university institutions.
