In a new scientific achievement, the University of Fallujah entered the Russian RUR classification to evaluate the quality of educational institutions for the year 2023. It was ranked 20th at the level of Iraqi universities, and ranked 1155th at the level of universities in the world. In turn,
the President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Sabah Ibrahim Hammadi, confirmed that this achievement was achieved thanks to the efforts of the academic staff at the university through their diligent and continuous work and their keenness to apply international standards, indicating that it is an important step on the way to achieving the university’s strategy, in accordance with the goals and vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in enhancing the competitiveness of universities.
It is worth noting that the Russian RUR classification is one of the leading classifications, and is organized by it. Prestigious scientific institutions and agencies, led by the Clarvit Foundation, which specializes in databases. This classification is based on precise criteria for evaluating universities, as it evaluates the effectiveness of universities through 20 indicators distributed over 4 main areas: education, research, international diversity, and financial sustainability.
