The University of Fallujah has achieved a new qualitative academic achievement by appearing in the Arab Ranking of Universities (ARU) for the year 2024, emanating from the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, the Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) and the Association of Arab Universities.
The university’s ranking came according to the results of the classification presented via the following link: (https://aaru-ranking.azurewebsites.net/ranking) in 121st place at the level of Arab universities, and 23rd place on The level of Iraqi universities.
The classification is based on four main criteria that include nine sub-performance indicators, and the criteria include: teaching and learning, scientific research, creativity and innovation, and participation.
For his part, the distinguished President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, considered the appearance of the University of Fallujah in the ARU classification an important achievement added to the series of achievements that the university continues to achieve at various levels.
His Excellency stressed that improving the university’s ranking in regional and international classifications represents a strategic priority, stressing the importance of enhancing scientific research, developing its outputs, and motivating researchers to International scientific publishing.
The President of the University of Fallujah also praised the efforts of the university’s employees and their dedication to achieving leadership and raising the university’s status locally, regionally and internationally, calling for intensifying efforts to maintain continuous progress towards academic excellence.
