The Human Rights Division official participated in the presidency of the University of Fallujah, A.M.D. Daham Muhammad Daham, on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, as a member of the committee discussing the academic promotion research entitled “The Role of the Iraqi Diplomat in Employing Soft Power,”
submitted by First Secretary Ahmed Hashim Saleh, for the purpose of academic promotion to the rank of advisor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The research discussion committee, headed by Prof. Dr. Qasim Muhammad Abd Ali, and its membership included Dr. Ihsan Allawi, and A.M.D. Awrad Muhammad Malik Kammouna.
This participation comes within the framework of joint scientific and academic cooperation between the University of Fallujah and other Iraqi universities and institutions.
