University of Fallujah Organizes Solidarity Vigils for Gaza
On Sunday, October 15, 2023, the University of Fallujah held solidarity vigils to support the people of Gaza and their right to defend their land from the Israeli occupation. The vigils, held at the university's presidency and various colleges, were attended by University President Professor Dr. Sabah Ibrahim Hammadi, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, deans, faculty, staff, and students.

- President’s Speech: Dr. Hammadi praised the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of Israeli aggression. He condemned the ongoing Israeli atrocities and called on Arab, Islamic, and global communities to support Gaza and pressure Israel to stop its crimes.
- Solidarity Activities: Participants raised Iraqi and Palestinian flags and displayed banners supporting Al-Aqsa Mosque. They also recited Surat Al-Fatihah in honor of Palestinian martyrs and expressed solidarity with the people of Palestine, wishing them strength and perseverance.
The event underscored the university’s commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause and promoting unity in the face of injustice.
