The Honorable President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, received, on Thursday, November 14, 2024, in his official office in the University Presidency building, the Honorable Vice President of the Statistics and Geographic Information Systems Authority in the Ministry of Planning, Professor Dr. Makki Ghazi Al-Muhammadi, to discuss a number of issues of common interest and activate cooperation frameworks between the two sides.
At the beginning of the meeting, the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, welcomed the visit of the Vice President of the Statistics Authority, noting the importance of this visit in light of The ongoing preparations for conducting the General Population and Housing Census.
The meeting dealt with a detailed review of the final preparations for the General Population and Housing Census, which is scheduled to be conducted during this month. In addition, the University President stressed the need for integrated efforts between various state institutions to make the General Population and Housing Census a success, which will reflect positively on the country’s future planning, indicating the university’s readiness .
