On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the respected President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, chaired the third meeting of the Supreme Committee for the University’s Institutional and Programmatic Accreditation Project.
During the meeting, which included the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Sulaiman Barak Al-Jumaili, along with department directors, divisional officials, and members of subcommittees, the President emphasized the importance of accelerating the completion of the requirements for national institutional accreditation standards. He stressed the need to finalize the improvement plan and complete the writing of the conformity report related to this matter.
Dr. Hamad highlighted that this step serves as a positive indicator of the university’s academic reputation in local and international forums. He also noted the necessity of working diligently to fulfill the requirements for institutional accreditation as a strategic goal for the university. He appreciated the efforts made in this context and underscored the importance of cooperation and solidarity among all departments and divisions to achieve this goal.
In his remarks, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs pointed out that completing the requirements for the conformity report is a crucial step toward obtaining national institutional accreditation. He urged adherence to the specified time frames for its completion.
The meeting also included a review of achievements in accordance with the eight institutional accreditation standards and an examination of the evidence required to document each element and indicator within these standards.
