On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, the respected President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, attended an aspect of the discussion session for the thesis of the higher diploma equivalent to the Master’s in Strategic Security Planning at the College of Management and Economics, entitled “Strategic Awareness and its Role in Improving Crisis Management.”
The thesis submitted by student Namir Ghanem Hadi under the supervision of Professor Bassem Faisal Abdel Nayef aimed to test the effect of strategic awareness in its various dimensions.
Awareness of customer service, awareness of product promotion, awareness of security service, awareness of the competitive environment, and administrative awareness in crisis management.
The dissertation discussion committee was headed by A.M. D. Wissam Ali Hussein, and membership of A.M.D. Muthanna Zahim Faisal and A.M.D. Yasser Latif Khalaf. The results of the letter showed a high level of awareness of customer service at the National Security Directorate in Anbar Governorate and its clear interest in this service.
The results also showed that the National Security Directorate has a clear vision and plan that will improve the continuity of service provision and access to them in a timely manner.
