On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, the respected President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, received the delegation of the Syndicate of Academics, Anbar branch, in his official office in the university’s presidential building. This meeting was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Professor Dr. Muhammad Jubayr Al-Mahdi, and the Assistant Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Professor Dr. Saad Thabet Jassim.
During the meeting, a discussion took place regarding ways to enhance cooperation between the university and the union branch in the governorate, in a way that contributes to developing the educational process and supporting academic cadres in the governorate.
In this context, the University President expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Academics Syndicate in supporting higher education, stressing the importance of complementary work between the university and the union, which would support the achievement of common goals and improve the quality of academic performance.
For their part, the union branch delegation appreciated the effective role of the university presidency in its great cooperation with the union, in a way that serves the solid academic work process that seeks to serve the community and enhance the level of education in Anbar Governorate.
At the conclusion of the visit, the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and the visiting delegation exchanged gifts of commemorative shields as an expression of the two sides’ keenness to maintain the prospects for cooperation and joint work.
