Under the guidance of the President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and with his direct follow-up, the Citizens Affairs Division at the University Presidency, in coordination with the Electronic Calculator Center and the Department of Media and Government Communication, launched the electronic inquiries and complaints management system.
This integrated digital portal allows the university’s audience, students (male and female), employees (male and female), and all members of society to submit their inquiries, complaints, and requests with complete ease.
The new system, accessible at inquiry.uofallujah.edu.iq, aims to enhance effective communication between the university and its public and to ensure rapid and transparent processing of all complaints and inquiries. It can be accessed through the main interface of the university’s official website.
The system allows users to submit complaints and inquiries by filling out basic personal information, providing a detailed description of the complaint or inquiry, and specifying the concerned party.
The system also requires users to check their email to receive notifications about the status of their inquiry or complaint.
The electronic inquiries and complaints management system is a step towards fulfilling all the requirements and standards needed to obtain institutional accreditation, and enhancing the position of the University of Fallujah among the educational institutions recognized regionally and internationally.
