On Sunday, May 26, 2024, the Honorable Assistant President of the University of Fallujah for Administrative Affairs, Professor Suleiman Barak Al-Jumaili, held a deliberative meeting with members of the electronic governance program implementation committee at the university.
The aim of the meeting, which included the Director of the Electronic Calculator Center, Dr. Omar Salah Farhan, and a number of members of the committee working on implementing the program, was to follow up on the process of activating the electronic human resources system, discuss the challenges and obstacles facing its activation, and work to address them.
The meeting stressed the need to work on preparing reports on the progress of the system, taking into account all requirements of government agencies when preparing them.
His Excellency also stressed the importance of establishing an information bank for all university employees, which makes it easier for various departments to carry out their tasks and perform their duties in the best and fastest way. At the conclusion of the meeting, Al-Jumaili appreciated the efforts of the committee members, while urging continued hard work to ensure the success of the electronic human resources system, and to make it a model to be emulated.
