First: Establishment:
The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations was established on 1/7/2015.

Second: Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with embassies and cultural attachés to obtain support in the field of scholarships and cultural relations.
  • Obtaining membership in the Association of Arab Universities for the purpose of cultural and student exchange, sharing expertise, visits, and participation in conferences.
  • Following up on the activities of international scientific centers to secure scholarships and fellowships for university students.
  • Preparing memorandums of understanding for scientific and cultural cooperation, ready to be signed with Arab and international universities and research centers.
  • Processing transactions and following up on affairs related to students studying abroad.
