Department Tasks:

  1. Implementing the projects within the investment plan and following up on the financial allocation for these projects.
  2. Supervising and monitoring the progress of work on the investment plan projects and the Regional Development Projects.
  3. Following up on projects and auditing the work completion percentage.
  4. Preparing monthly follow-up reports for projects under implementation.
  5. Conducting field visits to projects affiliated with the university formations.
  6. Preparing bills of quantities and drawings for some engineering projects, and auditing the bills of quantities and drawings sent from university formations before approving them within the project plans.
  7. Preparing feasibility studies for investment plan projects according to the required investment standards and the ministry's directives.
  8. Submitting periodic reports to the Follow-up Department within the Construction and Projects Directorate and providing opinions on projects under implementation.
  9. Coordinating with investment offices during the design preparation phase and providing them with information and work requirements.
